Vegan? No prob.
For whole wheat crust I used this recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction. For regular & half regular/ half whole wheat crust I used this recipe also from Sally's Baking Addiction.
Note: The pizza crust dough is vegan friendly if you don't add the honey (which I don't). Just use vegan cheese/ toppings if you want a completely vegan pizza. I've made quite a few pizzas since experimenting with my own pizza dough (vegan and non-vegan alike) and they've all come out great. I also don't have cornmeal so I don't bother dusting the pan. I just bake my pizzas on a parchment paper lined baking sheet instead. Pics below
Through quarantine, I experimented with making pizza dough since I had a heap of yeast leftover from making babka. Super easy and really hard to mess up... so my kind of recipe. It's sooo cheap to make and definitely cheaper/ more rewarding than takeout pizza.
